I love wild salmon. When fresh, (not frozen) salmon is unavailable, I am always on the hunt for a good canned salmon. Without a doubt, this is the best canned salmon that I have eaten. It was so good, that I called and left a “thank you” message with the company. I will continue to buy and keep it stocked in the cupboard. It is great in a salad, sandwich or even in a casserole.
